Ingredients
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of Freshlydried soursop powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar to decorate
Preparation
1 ) Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a cake pan.
2) In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
3) In another bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add milk, melted butter
, and vanilla extract, and mix well
4) Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, beating until well blended.

5) Add the Freshlydried soursop powder and mix until it is evenly distributed in the dough.
6) Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
7) Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the center
of the cake, and it comes out clean.
8) Remove from the oven and let cool in the mold for a few minutes before removing from the mold.
9) Once the cake is completely cool, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top before
serving, if you wish.
10) Cut into portions and enjoy.
