Add the unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, small raw peeled beet, carrots, flaxseed meal, and raw honey to a kitchen blender. 2. Blend everything until it’s very smooth. 3. If you’d like, you can also add some protein powder.
Strawberry-Beet Popsicles Ingredients: · 1 cup milk · 3 cups strawberries 1 lb, tops removed · Half of one medium beet peeled and diced · 1-13.5 oz can full-fat coconut milk · 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract · 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth (this may take 2-3 minutes depending on your blender). 2. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold (I used this one). Insert popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours or until frozen. 3. When ready to eat, allow the popsicle mold to sit out of the fridge for a couple of minutes, and run warm water over the outside of the mold for cleaner removal.
